Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If there are any errors or missing information, it may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Campus Kits is not responsible for shipments delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses.

6. Damages

  • Campus Kits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
